Principal's Message

I extend a warm welcome to you and your family. Health Opportunities is a community of passionate learners and if you are looking for a school that will challenge and support you, we are the right school for you. 

There are two things that really make HOP a special place. The first thing you will notice is the dedication and commitment the entire community has to ensuring that all our young people succeed. Regardless of what challenges our scholars may face - whether academically, socio-emotionally or otherwise, we are here to support the whole individual and ensure that all our students graduate fully prepared for the colleges and careers they will pursue. The second important thing is the broad range of post-secondary preparedness programming we offer. In addition to nearly 10 Advanced Placement courses, we also have community partnerships in the health-related fields that can help students become Certified Nursing Assistants, find internships and explore a range of different careers, both in healthcare and more broadly.
