College & Career Planning

	Health Opportunities HS focuses on planning for students' futures. Whether students choose to seek a career or go to college after high school, HOP has staff members to support you.
HOP Support Staff At HOP there are 4 Guidance Counselors, one for each grade level 3 Social Workers 1 dedicated college counselor	9th Grade Guidance Counselor Office
	In partnership with NYU, Health Opportunities High School offers 1 on 1 college counseling, to ensure students can navigate the college application process.
Every year HOP takes their students on an overnight & local college tour. Overnight college tours give students a perspective of going to school outside of NYC & local colleges tours show students what NYC has to offer.
	In addition, HOP offers free SAT tutoring & support afterschool.
